Terms and condition

Welcome to Cafe Star Kebab! By booking an event with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Deposit Policy

  • A minimum deposit of RM 600 is required to secure your event booking.

 

2. Postponement Policy

  • Clients must notify the event manager at least 7 days in advance if they wish to postpone the event.

  • Postponements are subject to availability and approval.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event date.

  • Failure to cancel within this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

4. Restrictions

  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.

 

5. Damages & Liability

  • Clients are responsible for any damages or breakages caused to the event hall by their guests, attendees, or performers.

  • Any repair costs incurred due to damages will be charged to the client.

 

6. Service Charge

  • A compulsory service charge of RM 300 applies to all event bookings.
